Anthurium coriaceum

A large growing birds nest type Anthurium plant with paddle-shaped upright leaves. The leaves are quite distinctive, as they are rigid like cardboard but velvety to the touch with a prominent mid-vein.

Growth pattern: Rosette

Water: When the top 4-5cm of soil becomes dry.

Ideal Position: East facing

Light: Bright, indirect light.

Humidity disclaimer: This plant will grow well outside of a terrarium or cabinet. However, all tropical plants thrive with higher humidity levels. To achieve this we suggest grouping plants together, or putting them in a bathroom or kitchen which gets regular use.
